Unable to map network drive with PPTP VPN in Vyatta

Hi,

   I have configured  Vyatta scommunity edition on a virtual server in Softlayer. The Vyatta gateway on the virtual has been configure for RA through a PPTP tunnel. The current configuration is as shown below

vyatta@vyatta-pptp-vpn# show vpn pptp remote-access
authentication {
local-users {
username poctest {
password poctest
}
}
mode local
}
client-ip-pool {
start 10.64.95.196
stop 10.64.95.205
}
outside-address 119.81.103.134

For the PPTP VPN client, the Windows settings are in

Security tab - Point to Point Tunneling protocol & Require encryption. The CHAP & MS-CHAP v2 are checked.
In networking tab for IPv4-> properties, Next screen, Click Advanced and Unselected 'Use default gateway on remote servers'.

Through WIndows I am able to establish the PPTP connection however when I ping the public/private ( 119.81.103.134/10.64.16.150 /) IP of Vyatta gateway I get a timeout and no response.

How can I debug what is wrong with this tunnel?

I need to map the network drive of a server on the same private VLAN after the tunnel is setup. This also is not working.

About a month back this whole scenario worked. I am not sure what I am missing?

Please let me know.

Regards

Ganesh
