The procedure to follow if you do not receive the activation code within 12 hours, and after you check your e-mail spam folder for an e-mail message sent from firstname.lastname@example.org, is to contact Brocade Support at email@example.com.

FYI: firstname.lastname@example.org is no longer valid for external customers. You will either need to open a case via your MyBrocade web login OR call into TAC Support @ 1-800-751-8061 (U.S.) or 763-268-6600 (International). Please also see the link below for more information:
