Issue enabling HTTPS on Node.js

This is a new install of BSC 3.2 on Debian 8.6. I am following the instruction here to enable HTTPS:

http://www.brocade.com/content/html/en/sdn-controller-applications/btm/3.0.2/GUID-681567D2-6908-402C-8D85-0F4CAA1FC966.html

Seems that I am having an issue at this line:

sudo /opt/brocade/ui/web/grk-setup.js generate–cert --ip $CONTROLLER_IP --outfile config/server

The only output I get is:

config path set to /opt/brocade/ui/web/config...

But then there is no server certificates created, so that when I hit step 6, I get "No such file or directory"
