It's not easy, but it is not overly hard. You could definitely use ssh tunnels to your Solaris hosts from the Windows host and then run SAN health from the Windows host. There is really nothing SAN Health would do, it would see all the segments as local via the ssh tunnels. This is more of an ssh tunnel question than a SAN Health. I would suggest a Google search on ssh tunnels
