SAN Health Audit Error

Hello,

 

I have San Health v.4.0.8b and when start audit for 6 switch brocade the proccess of connection is aborted.

 

Error:

 

Aborted 114 session disconnected while in module Password change resquest escape sequence

 

This error is random, it can happen in 1, 2 , 3 or all devices. 

 

i try:

 

- Clear all configuration in san health

- add again the switch

- check password if correct

- uninstall and install SAN Health

 

Please help me, thanks.

Hi,

 

password on your description of the error it sounds like the switch (root/factory/admin/user) have not completed the password recovery, e.g. you have no set all password?  And  you are using the ssh to connect to the switches who are at FOS ???

Hello Martin;

 

All the password are default, and i use telnet or ssh.

 

Before i start audit with the same 6 switch and successful, but now error appear, with the same configuration.(W7)

 

I try run SAN Health in another Notebook, and audit was successfull.

 

Well now i install W10 in my pc and work...

Good work - so the Windows 7 was causing issues - and causing san health to suspect password prompt change.

W7 is not the problem, because before i start audit 4 o 6 time and successful, but of one day to another the error appear, so i dont understand what happen D:
