I have a 46 switch Cisco San. I am having issues getting San Health 3.2.2 to connect to all switches. It fails at the same command "show cfs peers" the switches are running a mix of 4.1.1b and 4.2.1b code. Any known issues or gottchas i need to be aware of? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can go into Options and set the Switch Diagnostic Response to a slower setting to see if SAN Health can wait for the Cisco box a little longer. YOu can also go to Options > Switch Diagnostic Settings and unselect the "show cfs peers" command. If you still experience trouble, please send the details to us at email@example.com and we will help you troubleshoot further.
