In Frame counts if enc out is in blue does that mean it was incrementing during the SAN Health

In Frame counts if enc out is in blue does that mean it was incrementing during the SAN Health check as i have once with higher counts that are not highlighted?

On the introduction tab of every xls is says

 

The following color scheme is used identify if  further investigation or action is necessary based upon SAN Health’s assessment.


RED    Critical    A situation exists where if not corrected, loss of access to data may occur. Action is necessary.
ORANGE    Important    A situation exists where if not corrected, may result in a malfunctioning of the SAN.
BLUE    Review        Further investigation is necessary to assess the impact to the SAN
WHITE    Normal        Best practices are being adhered to, no further investigation is necessary.

 

So you need te review and find a cause
