I can not update "Roles" and "Products" under "My Profile" in order to go to the home page from where I can then download your SAN Health Reports.

I can not update "Roles" and "Products" under "My Profile" in order to go to the home page from where I can then download your SAN Health Reports.

I have browser FireFox 5.0, 7.0.1, IE 8.0.6... and I can only see such a context
