As part of our service we offer SAN Health Check service to our Customers and We use the Brocade SAN Health Diagnostic tool for same. I came through one of the issue that When Customer runs the Tool on Cisco Enviornment, the output BSH file could not get the Speed of Ports for any of the Switch Ports, it is showing 0 mbps for all. Can anyone Suggest or help me resolving same as mentioning Speed of Ports and it's Utilisation is one of the major area for which Customer looks on.
As per Brocade Switches it shows the speed the concern is regarding Cisco Switches. Will be awaiting the response. Thanks Shashank

Please feel free to send in screenshots of examples of the issue you are seeing to SAN Health Admin at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, please let us know the .BSH file name where you are seeing the issue and we will look into the report generation logs to see if we can find the issue.
