Hi, I generated a 24 hours SAN Health capture trying to diagnose a SAN related problem, after that I tried to upload and generate the report but never was succesful. I was trying to figure out what is wrong with this report since the process always works great. I found the problem is there is a mistake in the field "report return email".
There is a way to change this field in BSH file without need to capture the SAN Health data again?

Sorry, no. This is one of the main security features of SAN Health. Your data is secure in the encrypted .BSH file. If we allowed changes to be made to the authorized email addresses within the .BSH file it could allow others to get copies of your completed reports. Please write to SAN Health Admin <email@example.com> with the specifics to see if there is any other way we can help you access your data.
