OS_SLB::up(server name, port number) will return 1 if the server and its port specified by the server name and port number are healthy; otherwise it will return 0.
By the way, in the coming patch release, 12.4.00d, we will not have to use the "for" loop because a new API will be available to check if any server is healthy specified in a given server group.

we have tested the script modifing the "for" loop using 443 port (changing 80 with 443)
and apply the script to ssl in the vip configuration.
But the redirect to sorry server when all real server are in disable mode doensn' t work
instead if we test the script using http al is fine (redirect to https and redirect to sorry when the script is applied to port http and real server are down)
Have you any ideas ?
Thanks a lot

I know that the problem is that the ADX doesn' t see any GET http/s because the ssl doesn' t terminate in ADX.
have you any ideas instead to terminate ssl on ADX ?

I've configured ssl proxy on adx and it works fine.
I' ve tested the script you made time ago only for sorry server redirect when the real server are down, but it doesn' t work.
What I see is that the ADX send a reset when receive the first syn from the client.
Have you any idea to redirect to a sorry server when the real server is down and the configuration is ssl proxy ?
Thanks in advance

I' ve discovered that the script, partially modified, works if the test can be made by the Adx, but if i put in disabled mode the real server, it doesn't work. It' s possible change the script in order to work when the real servers are in disabled mode ?
