what is "dcmuser" ?

do you mean perhaps "dcmadmin" user/account ?

you can try with the default pwd = passw0rd

if the default pwd not working, you need to open a TAC with Brocade to obtain a "reset-database-password" file from Brocade Support in order to reset the pwd

Thanks, yes it is dcadmin ..any chance we can download the password reset file or going throgh the TAC case is the only option.

@sam429

there is not general download file available for pwd reset.

did you try with the batch file located in

\BNA_Installation_folder\bin\dbpasswd.bat

dcmadmin

and as pwd

"passw0rd" where character 0 = zero

Re: dcmadmin password forgotten --how to reset

@sam429

BTW. keep in mind, if you change the dcmadmin DB pwd, - if BNA is installed on a Windows Box - Windows cannot handle special characters such as & or £ etc..

I don't know if you already try to login with password contained such special characters, but most probable this is the reason for a failed login.
