I am unable to retrieve reports from the BNA and I error message I get when I attempt to generate the report is "No data was returned! Please click here to try again.". This is not limited to any specific report. I get the same message for all the available templates.
BNA dashboard would not report any data and it just displays "Data could not be obtained" message.
We manage the fabric using the BNA but we are just unable to generate any reports. Any help? We are in BNA 14.0.3

This seems to be a known deffect
You need to contact your OEM / TAC, engineering will supplied a Widget_Entry_update script. This script adds the missing dashboard widget Measure and Collector details in database.
