I've repatched a few cables on the SAN, they had been patched to the wrong Cores (DCX).
I have two fabrics, 4 cores.
One example is as follows:
Symmetrix FA ports were connected to the incorrect fabric. Unplugged, re-patched.
Now, in DCFM zoning, the port alias is showing with a yellow/black icon, (unmanaged) and 'Unknown' The port is online, and working though. Seems just that DCFM is unhappy.
I also notice that the FCID next to the said port alias in the zoning tool is from the previous fabric. I've deleted and re-added but no change.
Is there anything that I need to do to get DCFM to recongise that the port has changed fabrics?
Thanks for your help.

I ran those commands on the offending DCX (and ports)
No change I'm afraid. Refreshed the zoning.
See the attched screen-shot.
