I'm trying to setup dcfm (10.4.3) in my SAN, but whenever I try to discover my Fabric switches I get an error: Fabric is actively reconfiguring (unstable).
Tried different switches, different fabrics and older versions of dcfm but the error remains.
Does anybode know possible causes of this message?

If I am correct, you normally get this error if one of the Fabrics is split...
On the other hand, I've also had this error when nothing was actually wrong, and what solved it for me, was switching the ACTIVE CP on our directors (48000) to the STANDBY one (Making the STANDBY one active).
No idea if you have directors, but maybe it helps...
Also, you should be aware that DCFM 10.4.4 has been released. If you are in the process of still setting up, maybe you should use the latest version (Although that won't solve your problem )

Can you give any details on the set up of your fabric? How about the output of the first few lines of 'errshow -r'
Might be down to an intermittently flapping ISL link....

could you please check output of fabricshow ?
do you find all switches in and all switches with correct IP address in output of fabricshow , not 0.0.0.0 where you should find ip address of switch ?
do you use DHCP in your environment or static IP addresses ?

Yes that could be it.
There are a few switches without IP addresses, we're using fixed IP addresses for most switches and DHCP for the HP-BLade switches.
I'll try to have it fixed, thanks!
