Trying to schedule capturing supportsaves.
We are running an old version of DCFM 10.4.3 on Solaris. We will be upgrading, but not quite there yet.
All switches can be added except for one B5100 that is on FOS 6.2.1b (we are upgrading this too, the idea was to save supportsaves in this fabric first).
We cannot add this one switch, it gives an error popup saying that EGM license is not installed on this switch.
Another B5100 with 6.4.2b works. Another B5100 with 6.2.1b can also be added.
Licenseshow however do include this license on all the B5100.
Manual capture of supportsave works.
Any thoughts? Firmware / DCFM related?

With or without DCFM, you must have FTP Server configured and running in order to capture "supportsave"

"Guldmyr, I think you can do this right from the switch, using built-in linux cron schedurer."
Hi, yes that is possible.
But, DCFM has the feature and we're paying for DCFM. So we would like to use it

I do not need an FTP server (as in the protocol with a service usually listening on port 21).
scp which is a file transfer protocol works fine.
Also I wrote in the first post that "Manual capture of supportsave works.".
I can run 'supportsave' and that works uploads the files correctly.
Any more ideas?
