On the BNA server, my hard drive is at the limit and the vfs folder has 400GB of the total 500GB
Can i delete the files from the vfs folder?
Network advisor XXXX ->jboss->standalone->tmp->vfs

Yes , you can delete these files .
Also check if the swap parameter has been activated for your BNA server . This is may be the probleme .
Before deleting them be sure to have backup . You can also take a full BNA support save and after see with Brocade what is causing the probleme.
to delete Files :
1. Stop the services from Server Management Console
2. Delete the directories under "C:\Program Files\Network Advisor XXXX ->jboss->standalone->tmp->vfs"
3. Delete server.hprof under "C:\Program Files\Network Advisor XXXX \logs"
4. Start the services from Server Management Console
