Brocade Network Advisor Rest API Responses

Hello All,

I am trying to collect the traffic data from Rest API through BNA version 14.1. Calling the Rest API to collect last 15 mins performance data but getting two different data points for the approximately same time range.

Rest Responses

1. Query time range: 10th July 2:45 A.M to 3:00 A.M
Expected data points are (2:49, 2:54, 2:59) but as per the response only one data point on 2:49 A.M

2. Query time range: 10th July 2:54 A.M to 3:09 A.M
Expected data points are three (2:59, 3:04, 3:09) but as per the response only one data point on 2:59 A.M

.

Both responses contain only one data points and as per the user guide, it should return three data points.

Thanks,

Manish

Re: Brocade Network Advisor Rest API Responses

Hi Manish,

when looking at the same data through the GUI client, do you have three data points?

Hi Manish,

Can you share the query you are using? And how many ports are you asking information about?

Re: Brocade Network Advisor Rest API Responses

Hello Matrin,

We are querying for single port using the below query for 15 mins (i.e 3 sample) data:
http://<BNA_IP>/rest/resourcegroups/<RES_GROUP>/fcswitches/<FC_SWITCH>/timeseriestraffic?granularity=GRANULARITY_MINIMUM&startdate=<START_DATE>&enddate=<END_DATE>
