BNA 14.3.0 discovery failed

Triyng to discover a switch in BNA and system return a message: switch is not reachable using preferred IPV4 address.

 

this switch in unde a NAT, all network tests was done for connection and ports, Can someone help me with this issue?

Hi,

 

NAT will be an issue:

 

  1. Network Advisor is not supported in a Network Address Translation (NAT)
    environment where the server and client are on different sides of the NAT Server.
  2. When BNA is deployed in a NAT environment then switches cannot be discovered and
    managed because HTML pages from switch reports private IP address of the switch,
    which is not reachable from BNA server. BNAserver needs public IP address of
    the switch  to discover and manage the switches.
