Re: How to recover a disabled port after a SW Security Violation issue?

During my vacation, a new firmware was installed and seems that after this update, those ports were recovered. Then, I am wondering if the solution proposed by you (recicle the security policy) was performed during the Firmware upgrade and fixed the issue. I guess that it happened, them, propably this is the correct fix for this kind of issue.

Best regards

Re: How to recover a disabled port after a SW Security Violation issue?

you can have a look in the clihistory to see what commands surrounded the firmwaredownload.

maybe the FOS update itself has cleared the status. it could have been a bug in the previuos FOS or maybe hareboot which was a normal part of the update did the trick...
