Here are the steps to upload/change your avatar.  Feel free to raise any questions you have.

1. Sign into your account (if you not already signed in).
2. On the homepage, located on the right, click on “My Settings”.
3. 3^rd tab over, please click “Avatars”.
4. Click on “upload an Avatar”.
5. From there proceed to select your desired Avatar image.
6. Click “Save”. 
7. You can crop your image if you wish.
8. Click “Save and Continue”.
