snmpd hung ?

Hi,

on FOS 6.4.0b, SNMP discovery by EMC's ECC was failed due to timed out bellow,

EGN 16:26:13 EGN 1 P E 1472       (21.27 MB) => ESNAgent.cxx@1924 : L0: AGENT RETURING ERROR:
         -    SNMP discovery: Failed to establish snmp session!
EGN 16:27:22 EGN 1 P E 5192       (21.26 MB) => ESNAgent.cxx@1924 : L0: AGENT RETURING ERROR:
         -    SNMP discovery: Failed to establish snmp session!
EGN 17:06:06 EGN 1 P E 2672       (21.93 MB -8.000000K) => ESNAgent.cxx@1924 : L0: AGENT RETURING
         -    ERROR: SNMP discovery: Failed to establish snmp session!

At this time, snmpd showed very large CPU time in supportSave,

ps exfcl       :

F   UID   PID  PPID PRI  NI    VSZ   RSS WCHAN  STAT TTY        TIME COMMAND

4     0  1279  1278  16   0  66804 11156 -      Sl   ?          3:55 0.weblinker.fcg

4     0     1     0  16   0   1696   592 -      S    ?          0:05 init

.....

0     0  1245   938  16   0  55808  3800 -      Sl   ?          0:10  \_ authd

4     0  1246   938  16   0 112224 15172 -      Sl   ?         69:48  \_ snmpd

0     0  1265   938  16   0  51532  4652 -      Sl   ?          8:33  \_ trafd

.....

I feel "69:48" for TIME is quite large, any possibility hunging ?

Probably I should try killing snmpd to restart ?

Could you please give me suggestions ?

Kind regards,

Hiroshi
