question on credit recovery

Hello,

Observing -ve buffer credit issue on 48000 switch. Came to know that new FOS 6.4.2a has the -cfgcredittools option to recover.

But I am confused, the documentation says credit recovery of "external-back-end" ports.

Is this ports any different than the ports that I am using on my blades which are connected to hosts/storage etc?(other words can setting the -credittools recover options help to prevent below condition in future?) please help.

Does the blade needs to be reseated to clear the current condition?

How can I determine which prots are affected by the -ve buffer credit condition as shown below.

Asic CONDOR (6/1/0), Port Group(1/0): FC,  Poll# 0.
