problem with smi Agent 120:11 and cp of director 48000

Hi to all,

I have 2 director 48000 both with 2 cp in high availability,

I add in SMI Agent 120.11 both ip with their chassis ip address and set in the SMI Agent configuration tool with the arr port 19000,19001,19002,19003, so my configuration is so:

GBSWID01:admin> ipaddrshow

CHASSIS

Ethernet IP Address: 10.145.138.101

Ethernet Subnetmask: 255.255.255.0

CP0

Backplane IP address of CP0 : 10.0.0.5

Backplane IP address of CP1 : 10.0.0.6

The problem is that i don't see any events in my STORAGE ESSENTIAL (discovery is good but events are not logged).

I see that the port 19001 listening on my server talk only with active CP of both director, instead 10.145.138.107 and 10.145.138.108 that are MultiProtocolRouter 7500 with only 1 CP logging correctly events on HP Storage Essential.

This is my netstat on SMI agent machine:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>netstat -nat 5|findstr :1900

TCP    0.0.0.0:19000          0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING       InHost

TCP    0.0.0.0:19001          0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING       InHost

TCP    10.145.138.100:19001   10.145.138.103:48120   ESTABLISHED     InHost

TCP    10.145.138.100:19001   10.145.138.106:55698   ESTABLISHED     InHost

TCP    10.145.138.100:19001   10.145.138.107:50162   ESTABLISHED     InHost

TCP    10.145.138.100:19001   10.145.138.108:48825   ESTABLISHED     InHost

I must configure something that i forget?

I try to add ip of cp on Proxies, but i received an error "Login Failed"

Thanks a lot

Alessandro
