performance data is not getting collected using "timeseriestxframerate" rest APIs in BNA 14.0.1

We have tried to run below mantioned Rest API call from DHCP Clint
i.e.
 "Https://<BNA_IP>/rest/resourcegroups/All/fcswitches/10:00:00:05:33:B7:75:D5/timeseriestxframerate?startdate=1493709003000&enddate=1493795403000"

o/p of the above comm. is blank :

{

"performanceDatas[],

]"granularity":"GRANULARITY_MINIMUM",

"duration":null,

"startDate":1493709003000,

"endDate":1493795403000

}

is there other way to collect switch frame time series performance data.??
