Sorry for the confusion! The IBM part numbers are correct. I just had a little difficulty translating them back to their Brocade models.None of the BladeCenter SAN switch modules logs report errors at the same time as the IBM_2005_H16.

kSWD is the software watchdog on the switch. Anytime you hit this you have hit something very bad. My guess, at v4.2.0, you hit the 497 day jiffie rollover issue. Talk to your support provider about that.
