The same kind of problem has been encountered on my environment.Instead of host here it is a netapp storage box is shopwing as a L_port.

Now is the question, is this the same problem ?

First at all, i would open a NEW Thread here in the community to avoid confusion.

Please list in this new thread, Switch Type, FOS rel. a Modell of NetApp array.

Note, some NEW Switch Generation and in some circustance not longer Support L_Port.
