corresponding part number of switch module

Hi,

I have a switch module part#32R1818 with FRU#32R1820. I want to know the other corresponding part number to this. I search the web and all I can see is part#32R1812 (4Gb 10-port) and part# 32R1813 (4GB 20-port). Can anyone confirm which one is 32R1818? I appreaciate any help on this.

Regards,

kaelo

Re: corresponding part number of switch module

Yesm, this is the 4020.

Enterprise Licensed enable all features in the switch, also in your case are all Port ( 20 ) Enabled, and this is the 4020

Both Blade, 4010 and 4020 are the same Hardware, but different Licensed.

Re: corresponding part number of switch module

Kaelo,

long story.....

32R1813 is genuine the 4010 also Entry Level Licensed only 10 Port enabled No full Fabric

32R1818 is Genune the 4020 also Enterpise Licensed all Pot enable Full Fabric

Again, both blade are the same hardware, and theoretically have the Label 13 or 18 not any signification.

Another example, you have purchased a Blade 32R1813 also 4010 and upgrade later the License from Entry Level to Enterprise.
