Are you seeing a specific error when trying to access the GUI?

GUI show as authentication failed. but i confirm username and password is correct

Also...has the GUI ever worked? Have you tried from a different machine?

hm, you can connect via ssh or telnet, but you cant connect over http/https

 

first things that come into my mind

 

firewall

set ipfilter on the san switch
