When running a portshow and I get a high value for lr_out, what is the possible cause.

Please see the output below, high value for lr_out and BNA reports latency bottlenecks for this specific port. The port shows almost no traffic and when I look at discarded frames from BNA, the source id is 0XFFFFFC.

What could be the problem? SFP or HBA?
