What does the following Fabric Event message mean?

‘Fw-above fopportstate004 (FOP port State Changes 4) is above high boundary’. 3 Changes(s)/minute. (faulty)

It means that Fabric Watch is warning you that port 4 has had 3 changes in the last minute. This should be followed up by a "Fw-below" message stating that the changes have gone below the above boundary.
