Two AP7420 rebooted with 'SYS-BOOT Restart reason:Reboot'

Two AP7420 rebooted and customer confirmed they did not manually rebooted those switches.

regarding this reboot, the only log entri we can found in is

'1           2011-07-06,06:20:23.00,+08:00 info       1           2          SYS-BOOT Restart reason:Reboot'

Also we collected logs with 'diagupload -h -d -u -p -f' but we did not find any coredump files.

How can we investigate this rebooting issue?

Any idea why OLD logs disapeared after this unscheduled rebooting?

Re: Two AP7420 rebooted with 'SYS-BOOT Restart reason:Reboot'

"errshow" is the command to list all error

"eventshow" is the command to display all log event.

try and post result.

BTW, SYS-BOOT Indicate follow

Indicates that a user-initiated switch reboot or power cycle has occurred. Possible values for “Restart

reason” are:

reboot

unknown

In such case, no action is requiered.
