I have a switch that is showing FEC errors on a port. I'm already monitoring the port, using SNMP, for errors. But it seems that when FEC is enabled, most errors are "caught" by FEC and not incremented? The problem is, the table that contains the FEC error counters (swConnUnitPortStatExtentionTable), contains no data. The objects are there, but they are all empty.
SW fw version: v8.0.1a
... all values are "null"
Is there anything I need to enable, to get this table populated with values?

We're looking at this right now internally. The short answer is no, there's nothing you can do about it right now. Watch for some recommendations coming in the next month or so on these SNMP reporting errors.
