Process for Migration of switches from Brocade 4100 to Brocade 5300.

Dear All,

I am pretty new to the Brocade Switches. I need to migrate my switches from Brocade 4100 to Brocade 5300. I need to retain all the Zoning configuration on the new 5300 Switch.

Please help me with the process and relevant documentation for the same.

Thanks in Advance.

simple way is, made basic config in New Switches, IP and Unique Domain ID.

establish a connection via ISL 4100<-->5300

the entire config will be migrate itself in new switch

Once the zoning configuration is copied to the new switches - 5300, and all the hosts connections are moved to it, how do you remove the old 4100? what CLI commands do you use to break the ISL, but to retain the config on the new switches?
