Please help my san switch is down

Hi

i have b-Series San Switch  Silkworm 4900  with Fabric os Version 5.0.1

 

The problem start after i restarted my Switch is not coming up So i checked the Switch by Hyper Terminal and i found that error

Try pressing ESC to enter boot interface, and boot from another partition.

Once you're in the boot interface, do a printenv and save the output and post it here as well.
