Password recovery for Brocade 300 SAN switch?

Hi,

 

I'm tryong to reover or change the root password so i can login. I have the password recovery doc but you need a support contract to obtain that from support which i don't. Any other alternatives to recover or reset the passwords to defauly?

 

Also, I tried all the default passwords and seemed to be changed.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you need a specific string for recover, there no other possibility than contacting Brocade technical Support.
