No_Link on a port

Hello,

I have a port that states it's offline and No_Link.

Here is a small clip from running "portshow". I checked Lr_in & Lr-out. No issues both numbers are equal. However, I get:

Interrupts: 0 Link_failure: 0 Frjt: 0

Unknown: 0 Loss_of_sync: 2238 Fbsy: 0

Lli: 6704 Loss_of_sig: 4466

Loss of sync & Loss of signal numbers. Do they mean something or is this normal? Is it the GBIc?

Thanks

Re: No_Link on a port

Make sure the Port is Licensed, and enable.

unplug the cable and issue the "portcfgpersistentenable" command.

additional keep in mind, new 8G and 16G Brocade Plattforms required Brocade Genuine SFP.
