NO fc connection DS-5000b after manual reboot, leds are not blinking

hello

from GUI leds are solid, all ports are online, zoning are defined, and switch seem to be normal, but switch has no FC conectivity,

is there any way to try to reset some state on this switch via cli, istead of powering off o rebooting from GUI,

i think that switch is failed but i would like to try everything before change it.

thanks

mc.

Have you access to the switch via CLI ? or from Serail Port ?

If yes, post Switch show output and make sure the switch is enabled.
