Re: McData IPS5300 - Error message "Failed to deselect I2C"

Which FOS code is installed?

By the way McData never produced a 5300. This switch is from Brocade and Brocade bought McData some years ago.

Re: McData IPS5300 - Error message "Failed to deselect I2C"

I have seen similar cald crashed on 6.3 but not on 6.4.1b so far.

I suggest that you open a suppoort case. As well transfer and remove the dumps from the switch.

Your support partner will be intrested in these files as well.

Make sure that you send the most recent once.

tracedump and supportftp and supportsave are the important commands for you in your case.
