Can you share more info about your environment ?
Could you please connect to the switch IP address and run following commands:
please run this on both brocades

I'm Brazilian, but since this Board is intended to help all people around the world, I prefer to write here in English.
As seen in your logs, you do not have a zone configuration database, so, you probably have default zonning set to all acess.
you may confirm that with the command defzone --show
You probably has committed to all acess.
If that is the case, all servers have access to all storage by default. Said that, you need to do a thing called mapping (or masking) on the storage side. this procedure enables a server wwwpn (HBA address) to acces a specified set of luns.
The way your switches are configured are not recommended anymore.
go to redbooks.ibm.com and look for a document called Introduction to storage area networking and learn a bit more about that.
feel free to contact me if you need some help.

In your log Switch A and Switch B you have Zoning: OFF, if you not config zoning you have the next message when you use command #cfgshow
no configuration in effect
then all the zones that you configured are only created but not enabled, so you need, Create a Zoning and put the zones.
cfgcreate "zoning name", "zone1;zone2,zone3" or one zone cfgcreate "zoningname", "zone1"
cfgenable "zoning name"
After that if you use command #cfgshow you see

Thats right. But since he had limited knowledge on SAN, I recommended him learn a bit more about SAN Zonning before make a big change in his fabric.
I helped him in our native language by email so I'm here to give a feedback about that.
Since he has defzone set to all access, all devices reaches all devices. The problem was a missing mapping inside the storage. After he created a host object, added hba ports to it and assigned to the masking, the problem was solved.
He has a lot of homework to do. He created an ALIAS object in the SAN, with wwpn's and wwnn's of several devices, there was not an active configuration, and there was some other minor changes to do. But i recommended him to read more before start doing changes.
Thanks for your engagement into his problem too. Have a nice day!
