How to recover SAN switch(went down) which doesn't have configuration file

Hello All,

We have a two SAN fabric. Each fabric has 10 switches. One of the Subordinate Switch went down. I don't have  Configuration file for that Switch. Is it possible if i will join New switch into same fabric, will it pick up the configuration of old switch by its own(which i don't think). or is there any other way.

Regards

If you leave zoning disabled, defzone on all-access, give it the dom-id the old switch had (would also enable ididmode) and leave all other config on default, you have a pretty good chance that it gets the zoning from the other switches.
