High number of Director switch blade failures 4.4.0b

I have a 2 fabric SAN with 15 domains in each fabric comprising of 3900's, 12K's and 24K's. I have had 7 blade failures in the last 2 months since upgrading to 4.4.0b. We have also come across a bug at this level where the whole chassis re-boots when the blade is replaced.

Talk to your support provider about v4.4.0b and the BL-1013 error, I would suggest an upgrade

FDET (Fault detection) is a failure detection mechanism, which can take place to fault isolate a port because of instability. Thanks for the update

So the port gets faulted but why does the blade then get faulted?
