Re: Extended Fabric

Hi,

Not sure which module your IBM 2498 is, but in general for interoperability with 8.0.2, we recommended 7.3.1.

Re: Extended Fabric

Hello;

Thanks for your answer, the ibm 2498 is brocade 300, and the other switch is Dell DS6620B, so you recommend me upgrade ibm 2498 to 7.3.x?

thanks.

Re: Extended Fabric

Hi,

at least a 7.3.1 release - e.g. 7.3.2b, or even better 7.4.1e (current Target Path) or 7.4.2a.  For minimal upgrades, FOS 7.3.2b for your brocade 300 switch.

Re: Extended Fabric

Hi,

you do not need a Fabric Watch license, You might need an "Fabric License" for your Brocade 300 switch, dependent on your OEM etc.
