DIFFERENCES BETWEEN DS5000B'S AND DS4100B'S???

Hello All,

We have all DS4100b's in our enviroment and our latest purchase we were sent (2) DS5000b's instead. now we are just doing some research before we make a decision to send them back or just use them. I am assuming we can ISL these new 5000's into our SAN with the existing 4100's. but i am just wondering if we lose anything by going with these new switches or gain anything?? anyone have input i would greatly appreciate it!

The 5000 is the successor to the 4100 (which has been EOL'd). It's more efficient on power and cooling and adds better McData compatibility. AFAIK, there are no downsides to the 5000 over the 4100.
