Connecting two logical switch by LongDistance SFP

In my case, the brocade 8gb san switch for hp bladesystem c-class is used and SFPs are long wave (longdistance).

i set different domain id for each san sw.

and running portcfgislmode enable.

and finally reboot but the state in both ports on San Switches is shown No_Light .

i am just fabric license and the distanse is nearly 1 KM.

is there any suggestion ?

I have some questions for you, in order to try to figure out what could be going on:

 

What's in betweent the two switchs: just a monomode cable, what's the lenght? or is it xDWM, patch-panel?

why are you enabling islmode? 

 

please paste the output of "sfpshow <port> -f" of the two ports you are trying to stablish a ISL with.

Thankyou So Much for helping.

 

(first Q : info about passive ) it is Patchpanel (SC Port) and singlemode cabe(LC-SC) .

the distance between SanSW1 to patchpanel is 30m and Sansw2 to patch panle is 10m. and two patchpanel  far near1KM from each other.

(Second Q : configuration) : just as the document and googling, i was not sure that enabling isl is required. 

(Third Q : Output cli) : i run the command you said + Switchshow for more info below (in first Sansw SFP plugged in port 21 and second one on port 0 ) :

hi there,

 

sorry for my late response but I've been off for a week.

 

The RX signal is very poor and does not seem to be enough for the link to be stablished, there is a loss of more than 17dBm, which is a lot for the described environment. You should review the whole link in order to find which element is responsible of it (you can use a loopback plug in order to check the TX and RX signal levels in each point.
