Brocade Port reporting Loss Sync & Link Fail after removing a Blade from IBM Blade Center.

Both on port 8 where I have powered down a blade as well as on port 10 where I removed a blade

the ports are reporting Loss Sync. Is this normal? Do I need to reset something on the Brocade so

that it understands the port is no longer being used?

everytime i see this post, i ask myself if the op is trying us or if he is serious about this/his question

nothing needs to be done, the switch is working and reporting what is detects as expected.
