Brocade 6510 : FOS 7.4.0a : "mapsdb --show" is "HEALTH" status on dflt_base_policy when one PS is failed.

Hi, I would like to confirm a specification about dflt_base_policy.

Brocade 6510, FOS 7.4.0a with dflt_base_policy,

Althoguh one PS is failed, "mapsdb --show" is "HEALTH" status.

> psshow
Power Supply #1 is faulty  <====== PS1 faulty
Power Supply #2 is OK

> mapsdb --show

1 Dashboard Information:
=======================

DB start time:                  Mon Aug 24 05:30:18 2015
Active policy:                  dflt_base_policy
Configured Notifications:       None
Fenced Ports :                  None
Decommissioned Ports :          None
Quarantined Ports :             None

2 Switch Health Report:
=======================
Current Switch Policy Status: HEALTHY  <=====

I checked the dflt_base_policy.

> mapspolicy --show dflt_base_policy
....
defCHASSISBAD_TEMP_MARG                 |CHASSIS(BAD_TEMP/NONE>=1)                         |SW_MARGINAL,SNMP,EMAIL     |
defCHASSISBAD_TEMP_CRIT                 |CHASSIS(BAD_TEMP/NONE>=2)                         |SW_CRITICAL,SNMP,EMAIL     |
defCHASSISBAD_PWR_CRIT                  |CHASSIS(BAD_PWR/NONE>=2)                          |SW_CRITICAL,SNMP,EMAIL     |
defCHASSISBAD_FAN_MARG                  |CHASSIS(BAD_FAN/NONE>=1)                          |SW_MARGINAL,SNMP,EMAIL     |
defCHASSISBAD_FAN_CRIT                  |CHASSIS(BAD_FAN/NONE>=2)                          |SW_CRITICAL,SNMP,EMAIL     |
....

There is no "PWR_MARG" into the Rule name of dflt_base_policy.
But there is "PWR_MARG" into the Rule name of other policy(ex dflt_moderate_policy)

> mapspolicy --show dflt_moderate_policy

defCHASSISBAD_TEMP_MARG                 |CHASSIS(BAD_TEMP/NONE>=1)                         |SW_MARGINAL,SNMP,EMAIL     |
defCHASSISBAD_TEMP_CRIT                 |CHASSIS(BAD_TEMP/NONE>=2)                         |SW_CRITICAL,SNMP,EMAIL     |
defCHASSISBAD_PWR_MARG                  |CHASSIS(BAD_PWR/NONE>=1)                          |SW_MARGINAL,SNMP,EMAIL     |
defCHASSISBAD_PWR_CRIT                  |CHASSIS(BAD_PWR/NONE>=2)                          |SW_CRITICAL,SNMP,EMAIL     |
defCHASSISBAD_FAN_MARG                  |CHASSIS(BAD_FAN/NONE>=1)                          |SW_MARGINAL,SNMP,EMAIL     |
defCHASSISBAD_FAN_CRIT                  |CHASSIS(BAD_FAN/NONE>=2)                          |SW_CRITICAL,SNMP,EMAIL

Although one PS is a failed status, Is this "Health" Status a specification for dflt_base_policy?

Thank you and best regards,
