Brocade 5470 and trunk licencing

Hello,

 

Got a quick question about trunking licencing as am bit puzzled by the output of portCfgShow.

 

In short, manual for portCfgShow reads:

 

Trunk Port
Displays ON when port is set for trunking. Displays
(..) or OFF when trunking is disabled on the port. This
value is set by the portCfgTrunkPort command.

 

where some ports seems to have this feature "available/forced"? :

clearly reporting this feature is not reported.

 

So if what is the relatipon between portCfgShow's reporting that Trunk Port is "ON" and the fact switch is not licenced for this feature?

 

Is it a hardcoded setting and any attempt of using this fetaure will end up in forming standard, standalone ISL links?

The port trunk ON configuration means only that port can be able to eventually participate to a trunk not more.
