Brocade 48000 and a Dell 4424 I/O module ISL

I am a little new to ISL and trunking. I won't actually be trunking anything however. I have two Brocade 4424 Dell Blade Center I/O modules and they are set at full switch mode. I have four ports on each 4424 that will share with 16 slots of the blade center (we will probably activate the other 4 later, we only have 6 servers in there now) I have blade servers that need to access space on an IBM SVC. I have the ports to the SVC plugged into the Director switch and the blades obviously go through the 4424. I have the switches connected together so the ports are type E.

My questions are:

On wich switch do I do the zoning? All devices show up on both switches. (Like I said I am new to core/edge setup)

If I have 4 ports to be shared, will the switch direct traffic where it feels fit, or does it need to be trunked?

Thanks,

Markjc

I found a post basically identical to mine and it answered my question.
