BNA Upgrade issues

When trying to uopgrade from BNA v 14.0.3, to 14.2.1 there is an error

is this a know issue ?

 ERROR [view.CIMOMFinishPage] Error while initializing DB Service
 ERROR [view.CIMOMFinishPage] Error while updating Database
java.lang.IllegalStateException:

Hi Thomas,

need to have some more information before we can say if there is a know issue - can you check the migrationschema.log file for lines with ERROR in them and paste in the sql statement around. Or attached the file to your post, or upload it to a ftp server, please.

Hi Thomas,

looks like

1. some pre-defined widget were deleted and this causing issues with the migration. You need contact TAC to get a script to repair this.

2. some error with an column maps_event.collection_name which might can ignore.
